Zen Builder is a digital product that is delivered as soon as you buy it. We do not offer refunds on themes or plugins once purchased.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the remaining time.

2. How to request a refund

If you think you were charged in error, or the product is faulty or does not work as described, contact us through the contact page and include your order number. We will look into it.
