Common issues and how to resolve them.

Style changes don’t appear after saving settings

Wait for New style sheet successfully generated after clicking Save Changes.
Check that the child theme folder is writable, so options-generated-bootstrap-stylesheet.css can be updated.
Clear any caching plugin or CDN, then hard refresh the browser.

“This block contains unexpected or invalid content”

This appears when a block’s saved HTML was changed outside the visual editor, for example in the code editor. Click Attempt recovery. To avoid it, edit blocks in the visual editor.

Zen Builder blocks are missing

Check that the Zen Builder plugin is installed and active under Plugins.

The menu doesn’t show

The Classic Navigation block uses menus from Appearance → Menus. Create a menu and assign it to the Primary Menu location.

Breadcrumbs don’t show

Turn on Show breadcrumbs in Zen Builder → Theme Options → General.

Updates aren’t offered

Check your licence status in Zen Builder → License. An expired or deactivated key stops updates.
