This license governs the use of the Zen Builder 5 WordPress theme (“the Theme”) developed by ThemeZen and sold via https://theme-zen.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Theme, you agree to the terms of this license.

Permitted Use

  • You may install and use the Theme on one (1) website/domain per license purchased.
  • You may modify the Theme files for personal or client projects.
  • You may use the Theme for personal, commercial, or client websites, provided each use has a valid license.

Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Theme, modified or unmodified, with any third party.
  • You may not use the same license key on multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses.
  • You may not include the Theme in any product, bundle, or hosting offering without written permission from ThemeZen.

License Key & Activation

  • A license key will be issued at the time of purchase.
  • Activation is required for access to automatic updates and support.
  • The license is non-transferable and tied to the purchaser’s domain/account.

Support & Updates

  • Each license includes 6 months of support from the date of purchase.
  • Support includes:
    • Help with theme installation and setup
    • Bug fixes and compatibility issues
    • Guidance using theme features as documented
  • Support does not include:
    • Custom development or design services
    • Support for third-party plugins or custom code
  • Updates are provided for 12 months from the date of purchase and include new features, improvements, and security patches.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you encounter issues that we’re unable to resolve. Please contact support@theme-zen.com if you experience any problems.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Theme remain the property of ThemeZen. This license grants you limited rights to use the Theme — it does not grant ownership of the Theme code or design.
